How does EZ LADDER® Licensing work?

When you purchase EZ LADDER® , during the installation process, you must complete certain information. You will prompted with a window that provides the Activation Key. Use the link in the dialog box or the link on the EZ LADDER page to go the EZ LADDER Activation. Complete the online form, paste or type in the Activation Key and the CID Code Number from your CD case. Submit the registration. If all the data verifies, a Counter Key will be displayed. This must be typed or pasted into the dialog box Counter Key field and click PROCEED. This will activate the EZ LADDER installation. If registering EZ LADDER Standard, please record the username and password that is provided with the Counter Key. These are used to downloading updated versions of EZ LADDER.

How many PCs may I run EZ LADDER® on?

For each legal license of EZ LADDER® , you may install EZ LADDER® on one (1) computer and one (1) laptop.

What do I need to be able to use EZ LADDER® with a controller?

To use EZ LADDER® to create ladder diagrams and operate them, you will need a licensed copy of EZ LADDER® , a PLC on a Chip™ (such as PLC on a Chip or the Enhanced Baby Bear) based controller/product and a Null Modem Cable (ICM-CA-34).

How many ladder logic diagrams or projects can be created with EZ LADDER® ?

The number of ladder logic diagrams and projects that can be created is unlimited.
