The Solves-It! Analog is a fully featured, plug in PLC based on the patented* PLC on a Chip™.

The Solves-It! Analog mounts to an industry standard 11 pin Octal socket and provides features including 4 Multi-function I/O (can be used as inputs or outputs), 2 Dedicated Outputs, 1 External Analog Input, 2 Internally adjusted Analog Inputs (via potentiometer), 1 Counter Input, 1 Programmable LED. Optionally, the Solves-It! Analog supports a Real Time Clock, 2 Programmable Push-buttons and a 4 Digit Programmable 7-Segment Display.

Programming

Based on PLC on a Chip™ Technology, easy to program and use, the Solves-It! Analog is programmable in ladder diagram format with click and place simplicity--the easiest method of all. An operator simply creates the program in ladder diagram and function block-- using the advanced EZ LADDER® Tookit.

EZ LADDER® LITE is included with the purchase of a Solves-It! Analog. The Programming cable is sold separately. Both EZ LADDER® and EZ LADDER LITE may be used with the Solves-It! Analog.

EZ LADDER® LITE is a free version of EZ LADDER which only functions with Solves-It! PLC targets.

Digital I/O
The Solves-It! includes 4 Multi-function I/O that may be used as sinking digital inputs or sourcing digital outputs. As inputs, the I/O is rated 10-32VDC. As outputs, the I/O israted 10-32VDC @ 300mADC Maximum. The output voltage will be equal to the input power voltage applied to the Solves-It! Analog. Additionally, there are two dedicated digital outputs rated 10-32VDC@300mADC Maximum. Total concurrently ON outputs should not exceed 1ADC maximum.
Analog I/O

The Solves-It! Analog includes one analog input rated 0-10VDC (0-20mADC with external resistor). This analog input converts an analog signal to a digital representation (Integer number).

The Solves-It! Analog includes two additional analog inputs. These analog inputs are internal and potentiometers are provided for adjustment. These analog inputs (potentiometer adjustments) may be used as timers and other setpoints that can be changed by simply adjusting the potentiometer.

Additional Features

The Solves-it! Analog also includes a programmable LED indicator, and a Status LED.

The SI-210 includes the following features in additional to the SI-110 model: Real Time Clock, 2 Programmable Push-buttons and a 4-digit 7-segment programmable display to view integer numbers.
