Designed for tough environments, the HEC-1100 (based on patented* PLC on a Chip™) is deal for harsh environment areas including washdowns. Designed to expand existing Harsh Environment Controller I/O, with 8 digital inputs, 8 digital outputs and support of PWM, the HEC-1100 is ideal for mobile equipment, material handling, machine control and many more. The HEC-1100 is a remote I/O Module that is configured and controlled with Harsh Environment Controllers using the Divelbiss OptiCAN Network. Completely register based, the HEC is easy to use and implement.

Programming
The HEC-1100 is a register based I/O module; therefore it requires no programming. All configuration and commands are received by the HEC-1100 via the OptiCAN Network.
