The ICM-HDME-16 is a 28-pin, 16K UV-Eraseable EPROM mounted on a carrier. The ICM-HDME-16 is design to plug directly into a High Density Bear Bones CPU (ICM-HDCPU-01, ICM-HDCPU-02). The EPROM is blank when shipped and will require programming prior to use. |
