PLCHIP-M2-12800 is an M-Series PLC on a Chip™ Integrated Circuit with 128K Flash, 2K EEPROM, 8K RAM in a 112LQFP Surface Mount Package.

The PLCHIP-M2-12800 includes 1 Programming Port, 2 SPI Interface Ports, 8 Analog Inputs rated 0-5VDC (10-bit resolution), 8 Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Outputs and supports 33 Digital Inputs and 33 Digital Outputs directly or can be configured to use the High Density I/O Port and High Densit Digital I/O Expanders (33 Inputs, 20 Outputs direct, 128 Inputs and 128 Outputs via High Density I/O).

The PLC on a Chip™ programs in Ladder Diagram and Function Block using EZ LADDER® Toolkit.
